This is an excellent example of why one should never base opinions solely on first impressions. I am reading the many 5-star reviews by other consumers, most who have owned their Dysons for just a few days, and I am guessing we will see additional less favorable reviews by the same folks in a couple more months.more info What a sucker!:
I could not tell this from a new one. Everything in the box looked new. The difference is night and day from my old vaccum which was a commercial Panasonic. The amount of dirt and pet hear this picks up is amazing. The hepa filter means clean smelling air and not stale dirt. It comes with a lot of attachments and unfortunately they can't be stored on the vaccum. I just wish they would provide a better warranty, but customer service was helpful. Problematic:
I bought this product knowing it was a remanufactured vacuum; however, I figured it was still a Dyson & I've heard good things about Dyson. I have a long-haired German Shepherd. Her fur was hard on my Oreck, which is why I was buying the Dyson as a replacement. I've had non-stop problems since I bought this vacuum. I've never spent this much money on a vacuum & I regret my purchase. One of the tubes became clogged after my first use.
