Great little reading light:

The light works great with the Kindle. Two settings and two bulbs. You can turn on one bulb or both. The light clips on to the "leather" cover of the Kindle. The light adjusts well to get the angle over the Kindle screen correct and provides enough light to see the screen quite clearly. We got two of these for our two family members with Kindles. Both are quite pleased with them.

The only way this could be better is if the kindle itself lit up from inside, but this is so neat, I can read in bed without leaving table lamp on and it's so convenient to switch on and off.

Handy Dandy:

I got this to sneak a read on my Kindle in the middle of the night and not wake up MDH and it works a treat! I love the snaky neck and the light it puts out is beautiful--but not so bright it interferes with my husband's sleep. Great product!

The best light of this type I've used:

I bought the Mighty Bright after seeing it linked to a Kindle ad. The Kindle is still way too expensive for me, but the light is very nice. I use it to illuminate my keyboard during early morning or night sessions. I use a Wacom pen tablet beneath the monitor with a compact keyboard off to the side in the darkness. I had an illuminated keyboard that became disfunctional after a year, so looked for a less expensive alternative to use with my un-lit compact keyboard.
