Wow there is a lot of negative reviews on here. I had to write in. I bought my PS3 when they first came out about 2 years ago, and I have loved it ever since. I never had this remote as I thought it was just a waste of money. But this past Christmas my parents wanted to get a Blu-ray player and finally decided on the PS3, and they bought this remote. For those that complain about no On/Off button...:
This is a great remote. Feels great in your hand, the most used buttons are big and easy to access. I saw alot of reviews with people complaining about no power button. I'm not sure what the big deal is. This is more of a glorified/reshaped PS3 controller. To power on the PS3, just press the Playstation button on the remote. To turn off the PS3, hold the button again, and you'll be prompted to turn off the system. Simple. Just like when using a PS3 controller while playing a game.
