A huge relief; great product:

Although I'm only 25, I've been suffering from back pain since I started my desk job 3 years ago. This little pillow has made such a huge difference. I wish I would have purchased it sooner. It's the first product of this type that I've tried, but it definitely works for me. I'm 5'7", 125 pounds and I sit in a big office chair (intended for someone much bigger than me) at a computer all day. The perfect complement to my couch:

I tend to spend most of my time watching TV, reading or working from home on the center of my couch, which happens to be a little too soft. After spending couple of hours everyday regularly for a few weeks, I started feeling some discomfort, and realized my back was sinking into the couch and wasn't getting enough support. Good for the price:

The memory foam back pillow is in good quality. A good deal for the price. The band used to attach the pillow to the chair is not very tight. Anyway, it is a good pillow.

Not very effective.:

This back support didn't work for me or my mother in law, but it may work well for others. Not expensive a probably worth trying.
