I ended my subscription a couple of years ago with AGM, String Publishing. They made me a very good offer on a renewal, which I accepted. After 4 months I still did not receive a magazine! I contacted customer service, and some dope named Cassandra completely dropped the ball, claimed she couldn't view a copy of the cashed check, and when I finally threatened with the BBB, she claimed I paid for their online service. I have been buying this mag since its inception, I have saved many of the issues because the info has been extremely helpful for my guitar playing and being able to read about the pros that i listen to , how they write, play,what they use for equipment has been intertaining and informative. they have recently made changes in format and writing mostly for the better.I espeally apreceate their having more on song writing. as far as i'm concerned this is the best guitar mag out there and i'm a guitar magazine... more info Too many ads:

I read a few reviews on amazon and other sites about Acoustic Guitar before deciding to subscribe to it. I paid them on the 1st of May 2006 and my first copy was supposed to be the July issue (which hasn't yet turned up), on writing to them I got a response saying that I should expect it any day, well I bought their word for it, but it never reached me.
