Deep Understanding of Christianity:

Marvin Wilson does a fine job using the whole counsel of God (Old Testament and New Testament) to view Christianity not simply as another religion but an outgrowth of Judaism. Christianity does not begin in 1st century Palestine but can be traced to Abraham and his faith in the promises of God. Great book!

Opening the door to general culture or propaganda?:

Christianity is a messiah-mediated religion that originated from Syria-Palestine. It is therefore normal that Christians be introduced to and show interest in the origins of Church beliefs, starting with the Old Testament. Foundational book in better understanding the Christian faith:

Amazing book, I have read through it twice. The western Christian church has been gentilized and we Christians need to better understand the history of our faith, after all it came from a Jewish Messiah and was written by Jews. This book is a great read and the information within will enable you to draw closer to understanding your faith. Also recommend this book to all non-believers including Jews. Another book that is wonderful, which I am currently reading is God, Torah, Messiah by Dr. Louis Goldberg.... more info

Our Father Abraham:

The book was delivered on time and having briefly scanned it I find it to be very informative and it makes me think. The only problem I have with its delivery it was placed in a box to big for it.
