Amazing and Life Altering:

This is a truly amazing book! I have suffered from sever illness and deep depression for five years. I've searched everywhere for a solution; yoga, tai chi, meditation, positive reinforcement, diet, pseudo sciences galore, psychiatrists, meds, I tried a gazillion things and nothing worked.
